Complaint Review: JC's Carports & Buildings

Jim Collins owner of Jc's carport & building comes off as a nice guy who wants to make you happy, he makes all kinds of promises and then fails to complete the job. We have been trying to get our building finished for 6 months.

We paid extra to have our building anchored down and it took 3 1/2 months to get 1 side done, Jim said he would be back the following day to finish the other side, so far he has miss 38 appointments he set and failed to respond to 65 phone calls.

Their is always one excuse after another, but you never get the job completed and then trys to make it your fault that the job is not done.. Don't do bussiness with this company unless you want to lose your money or want to pay someone else to finish the job..
