The absolute worst online merchandise purchase experience I have ever had!!! All I will say is shame on you jc Whitney... I got the run-around for 3 weeks until I finally asked for my money back. Hopefully they don't charge my visa, but my situation sounds an awful lot like much of the other complaints I've seen on line.
