Purchased a Broyhill Arcadia Sofa from JCPenny, 18 mths later 2 springs busted out and ripped the cushion. Since the 1 yr warrenty with JCP is out, they told me to call Broyhill and gave me the number. I told Broyhill couch is out of the JCP warrenty I need a phone number of an authroized tech to service couch. They would not give me the number and kept referring me to JCP and didn't understand that JCP is done with me and only orders the parts I need. AFter 4 phone calls to Broyhill the dumb CS rep gave me the number for the tech. So I have to pay for the tech to come to my house tell what part number to order, call JCP so they can order the part, JCP service will not send a tech after initial warrenty is out, which Broyhill doesn't understand. Then the Broyhill tech will fix my springs but I have to pay for the labor. Do not buy extended warrenty from JCP it only covers stains!!! This Acradia Sofa is junk so don't buy it in the store either. the cushions are totally flat by 6 months, but the fabric held up. Customers Service is getting terrible in this country.
