Mr Alexander Chase Doty does not live at 26 S. Forest Beach #47, Hilton Head SC. He utilizes it as an address for a mail drop so he can have mail delivered to his London address.

Currently, the company he was and still claims to be president of is  JCW Ventures. SEC records in the state of SC show this company to be in a state of forfeiture. JCW Ventures currently has civil judgments placed on in through the courts in Beaufort County for approximately 7 million dollars. This is public record on the beaufort county website.

He has taken 500,000 fom a paraplegic woman with severe health issues an refuses to explain where it is invested, what bank, if any, no stock certificates and no documentation other than the wire transfers he helped her make by driving her to the bank. He has not paid any interest on this so called investment and now is claiming the fund cannot be liquidated.

His court deposition shows a obvious pattern of lying to investors as to when they will receive any money back.

If you value your assets, stay far far away from this man.

Christopher Michael Polk's Report

#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

Wed, September 22, 2010

Mr. Polk's report is partly true and partly false. The following addresses each point separately:

1. I lived at the address given in Mr. Polk's report until January 2010 and was never used as a mail drop.

2. JCW Ventures was formed in 1989 and no longer exists. The founder and owner of JCW Ventures appointed me as an officer of the corporation in 2000.

3. JCW Ventures is a defendant in an ongoing complaint which is a matter of public record.

4. Mr. Polk's mother is a friend who participates in a private equity fund not connected with JCW Ventures.
