JD Buyrider (AKA CNAC) ripoff dishonest sales and lemon cars, tricked and lie to us, kept us there 10 hours Louisville Kentucky
Not only did JD Buyrider keep us there for 10 hours and lie to us and sale us a lemon and over charged us for it. They called all our references and harassed them over the phone.
The mini van broke down 20 days after we had it in the middle of winter on our way to New York. We ended up spending $1000 in towage, repairs and rental car and they would only re-eimburst use $300. Now I am trying to trade the van in for something more reliable and CNAC finance will not take 50% of the pay off. We still owe $7500 and the Van is only worth $1000 or less.
The new reputable dealership said they would take it and get us into something more reliable if CNAC would take 50% of the pay off. Not to mention we've already put $2000 worth of repairs into it. I just need a more reliable mini van with AC and heat for my 8 and 2 year old and the daycare kids I watch. I can't seem to get out of this contract with CNAC.
