JD Byrider - CNAC 3 month New Customer Car has been repaired 3 times for the same problem 1 day late and car reposessed Jacksonville Florida
I am a single mother of two, I purchased my car from JD Byrider in Jacksonville Florida. I should have known that this was a bad company when they video taped our conversation. I have only had the car a good three months and I have had to call for a tow truck twice it has been repaired a total of 4 times. This time while the car was in for repairs again, JD BYrider repairing the same problem, I couldn't make it in to pay my payment because I had to be to work and didn't have any transportation because they had my car. They said that they was going to reposess the car if the money wasn't in by twelve oclock. I couldn't make it in by twelve and they didn't even care that I was never late with my payments. So they reposessed my car and I just got it. I feel as if I was ripped off. If they would have made it clear that they were going to reposess my car after being one day late I wouldn't have never purchased a car from them. Do anyone know how to help me to at least get this off of my credit contact me.
