Complaint Review: JD BYRIDER & CNAC

If your someone who needs a car desperately, and you think that JDByrider is your only option ; dont kid yourself. I went to them after my child was born thinking that i was going to get a good running car with low monthly payments. i thought if i paid on time that i will have this car paid off in no time.

However, i started having problems with the car and basically i was the one that had to have it fix even though i paid for the extended warranty. There was never a time that i remember that you could go in there after you made a appt (2or3 weeks after) that your car was ready.

Anyway, after almost two years I've had this car and I'm far from paying it off. I tried to use this car as a trade and alot of the other dealers that i've went to told me that they tried to talk them down on the payoff and they would not go down. Which was the same amount that i still owed on the car. Basically JD Byrider is not willing to let anyone out of their loans. I called an ask to speak with one of their finance managers and i was hung up on twice and finally sent to a so- called voicemail that just rang.

So, i advise you dont ever go there. Something really needs to be done about these guys. They are hurting the ones like us who really is trying to improve our credit.
