Complaint Review: JD Byrider/ CNAC

I purchased a car from JD Byrider in Nov 2006. The car runs good. I put almost 4 thousand dollars down and have made my payments on time. I made 1 late payment due to being on deployment. Following my return I sent them sent them an auto pay form and a letter with a money order explaing the situation. They told me everything was fine and I found out that they put a repo out on the car the same day they cashed the money order. How can it be legal to repo a car that someone has payed almost 5 thousand into. They have the payment sitting in their office along with auto pay forms, but would rather repo the car, keep the money I paid into it and then resell the car for the same thing they sold it to me. I am willing to testify and do what ever it takes to ensure that this doesn't happen to anyone else.
