I bought a car through jd byrider february 23 2013. It was my first car to get off a lot and at that time I felt like I made a good decision. Shortly after I got car I started going through financial problems due to personal and medical reasons. I spoke with mark which was my cnac agent about what was going on and he didn't seem to care. He repossessed my car a few days late. I was at the library with my 4yr old son and was stranded due to not having car. I got my car back and let them know AGAIN my financial situation.

I then got my car repossessed again this past friday and when I spoke with them again bill the cnac manager told me he didn't want my money and I can't get my car back. I'm a single mom and dont live on a bus route. I need a car. I even tried to work out an agreement about my down payment which was the reason I was getting behind and they said no. they gave me the impression I was in good hands and that if I needed help along the way they would be there to assist me.

And the worse part about it is I'm still being penalized for a car loan they WON'T let me make payments on.if I would have known what I know now I would have just kept my money and did business some where else

So the best you can come up with is the standard "Well you must work for them".  Well sorry to tell you but I don't work for them now or at any time.  In fact I would NEVER go to this dealer that sells overpriced cars and charges outrageous interest rates.  But the fact is you did..so you now must deal with your situation.  I just hope that you had an independent mechanic look at your car BEFORE you bought it, or the odds are this won't be your last report..well that is if you ever get the car back.

I made my first 4 payment on my down payment and then I started to have a financial problems
- Ummm..You bought the car on February 23rd.  If your payments are due every 2 weeks and you made 4 of them before you ran into trouble..that puts you at the end of April.  In case you haven't looked at a Calender..it is the beginning of the April.  There is no reason you would be late or even come close to having your car repossessed.  So either you are outright lying or are not saying what the entire story is..perhaps because the entire story has you looking even worse.

so it's not like I did not pay
- Great you paid something...a gold star for you doing what you made a legal agreement to do.   The problem is that you didn't continue to pay what you owed when you owed it.

As to the delusional comment.  Yes if you think going to another lender would have made all of your problems go away..you are delusional.  You were late twice in just over a month.  I don't think there isn't a single lender who would have not repossessed the car.  In fact now with a Repossession you get to deal with the next level down in finance companies..and yes there are worse ones.

If you get approved for another loan you can expect at least some of the following.  Even higher interest rates.  Cars in even worse shape.  The finance company will also probably put a device on your car that is not only a GPS tracker, but can also disable your car.   If you are late you can expect constant calls wondering where their money is.  After a couple of days if you still did not pay, they will then remotely disable your car until you pay. You may even get calls before your payment is due..reminding you your due date is coming up.  Oh and sorry but they won't care about any of your financial difficulties either.

By the way you never did say what you wanted them to do to help you out?

I actually did put down money on the car the program allows me to pay off my down payment as a car note which what is 200 dollars down and 300 dollars every 2 weeks until April 26 then my car note actually started at 188.31 every 2 weeks. I made my first 4 payment on my down payment and then I started to have a financial problems so it's not like I did not pay. it sounds like to me that you work for JD Byrider or CNAC. I understand your rebuttal and where it may have come from as a professional standpoint but your wording in your tone of word is coming as if it's from a personal standpoint. you're using words like delusional and then you're mocking my situation by saying what do you want them to do help you out. you're commenting on my situation as if you are a employee with and you know more about my situation then what I've mentioned on line. I do want to thank you for your so called professional advice and I will take your criticism in advice. thank you for your rebuttal

A "sense of care and understanding" wasn't in the contract

"if I would have known what I know now I would have just kept my money and did business some where else"

If the dealer knew the agreement would require repossessing the car twice during the first five weeks of the loan period they probably would have told you to keep your money and do business somewhere else.

There is a reason you ended up at a Sub-Prime Dealer and Lender...you haven't proven you are able to handle credit.

they gave me the impression I was in good hands and that if I needed help along the way they would be there to assist me.
- But even they probably thought you would make it a month before you had "problems".

As much as this may be a shock they are not a charity.  From how you wrote this, it doesn't even look like you gave them any money up front as you had to make payments on your down payment(which in itself was a huge mistake).  You also apparently failed to make your regular payment.

if I would have known what I know now I would have just kept my money and did business some where else
- Sorry but if you really think that not only someone else would have given you a loan, that if they did you would have been treated any differently..you are quite delusional.

So what exactly did you want them to do to "help you out".
