JD Byrider and CNAC, the finance company they use, do nothing but take adavantage of desperate people. If you have credit in good standing and you ask them a price for a vehicle, they wont give you one. They first want to see just how desperate you are so they can hike the price of the vehicle and its interest rates. I dont recommend anyone go here to buy a car.

I've had nothing but problems with the car they sold me and when you take it in to the garage that is located at the company they are rude and do anything they can to assure you how long it will take and how it would probably be best to take it somewhere else if you are needing your car back within a week.

The car they sold me had a bad transmission that went out within months after purchase. They did fix it but were rude. The back wheel was bad and a few months after driving it started making a noise. The radiator leaked. They took a 1992 Buick Regal Custom and hiked the price up to $8000. They feed on desperate people and there should be a law for their insanly high interest rates. I wont go back to this company again.

Any complaints about byrider or cnac are in most
cases credible...and if they aren't, the smart
money says its just a matter of time that something will surface. I've been a credit/collections manager for years, and the things that happen here are embarrasing.
I stop short of the harrassing and threats, probably why I can't do this type of collecting. These are bad guys, who will do anything to get that money. They
don't want the car back, they lose to much, because these cars are low end auction types (high mileage, and no car fax stuff). Most people never make all the payments, unless they trade it somewhere...for the most part they just break down or are abandoned, the collectors don't get bonus if this happens. You can't buy these cars for cash, they are selling a so- called credit repair program, and this made clear to us all the time.
