I am writing in concern because i am being mistreated and ripped off. When I first got the vehicle the check engine light was on, I had to make a 30 minute drive just to get it fixed at their warranty shop. I had to make 4 trips and it still isn't fixed.

I was fired from my job for having to take so much time off from work, luckily i got a new job fairly quick. To get to the point, I was told by my account rep who I told my payment would be late for the above reason, told me it wasn't her problem and she didn't care. I asked her how was I supposed to get to work, if I have to park my car at the lot. Again she said, she didn't care.

I am sending out a warning to everyone who reads this, do not go to jd byrider; do not go to cnac financing. If you do, you will be ripped off and treated like a bum, sleasebag, deliquant, and so on.

So I warn everybody, do not buy from jd byrider

I bought my car a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Cieara SL back in Feb. From a lot in Glenn Burnie MD. When I went into the dealership I was greated with warm smiles and straight foward expectations. I knew that the percentage from the finace company was going to be high because of my credit.

But the down payment was kept low 500.00 that I will get back at the end of the 3 year period (with all payments made on time). I was able to test drive as many cars as my heart desired.

At the time I test drove three cars and was stuck between a 2000 ford escort ZX and the Cutlass.

I chose the wagon, not only because it had the room I was looking for but because the salesman Chris had worked out the monthly cost of the escort.

The man wroted down all the monthly charges and he also wrote down all fees that were attached to the car.

When I saw that 20% intrest rate my heart nearly sank. But you know what you do what you have to do when you credit is BAD like mine.

I do not have any late payments because they deduct the amount that is owed on the 1st and 15th of every month a time schedule I worked out with them.

When my car broke down on the NJ turnpike I was stranded with my nephew. I picked up the phone and called the 800# and was told to call a towing company which I did because I have roadsid asst. I had to pay out of pocket for the tow and the repair.

The tow was 50.00 and the repairs were 500.00 when I returned to Maryland I was elated to recive not one but two checks one for 550.00 from JD byryder and one for 50.00 from road side assist.

I have yet to here them say no to me when it comes to taking the car in for repairs which are minimal. One time for the eletric window(no charge), another for a battery(credit because I bought the battery elsewere), and a starter(which I used the credit from the battery to pay some of that bill). I read some of these letters that you guys and gals write and wonder why my dealership is not like that why I do not get the rude phone calls.

Why I'm not having to be charged for late payments. Because if you were really wronged you can go to a lawer who will not charge you and sue the dealerships for selling you lemons.

I just thought that it was time that someone said something nice about idependently owned JDBYRYDER.
