jd byrider cnac very rude and un grateful columbia, Missouri
Let me tell we have been customers with jd byrider for 4 and half years we have bought our 2nd car now and they had to switch it out because it was having severe mechanical problems it was more in the shop then it was in my drive so we went to go buy another car from some place else and jd byrider didnt want us to leave them so they switch out our car for another one and so we went on vacatiion forgot to drop off a payment and they r calling us within 4 days of being late mind u we always pay on time and extra so they call and tell us everything they have done for us excuse me that is your job to keep your customers satisfy and threaten us with repo papers for 4 days late and not mention how rude they were talking to me on the phone to me like i was a dog or their kid ... Forgot to mention they even came to my door on my first car for 2.84 or they were gonna repo that car ...

they may be a sub prime lender but let me tell you this , i didnt need their company to get a car our credit was fine to go some where else we choose to go through them for the 2nd time to get their service program which is excellent but this wont happen again and for that we dont hasve to be treated like a dog and be talked to like one either

Would y'all take a few minutes to read your own post and see it ain't hanging right on the wall? Do y'all know what a period is? And I don't mean a lady's monthly buddy. Bottom line, you were late and this is what happens, as Robert stated, when y'all are late paying a loan. No ripoff, unless the complaint is against the school system you went to.

You were 4 days late and they were calling for their payment.
It doesn't matter if you made every payment up to then a week early..it doesn't change the fact that you are 4 days late with this payment.
They are a "Sub-Prime" lender dealing with people who have not proven they can handle credit in the past. So of course they are going to be a lot more aggressive in collecting on the several thousand dollars you have borrowed from them.
