i purchased a ford winstar 13 days ago, want to give back, its been in 6 times for the door, it leaked water it didnt unlock, then the door didnt open at all, too many times i had to go there with attitude that has made me really nervous, i told them to the stearing pulled to the right, they had it alligned but still does the same, the trany is slow then it jumps into gear, now the power stearing pump is going, but they dont do anything, they look at me when i go there and go here she is again, im uncomfortable, want to give it back.

im only paying the deferred payments now and heard i could do that, i dont want them even trying to get money from me after i give it to them i need to be done my acid reflux is getting worce they are aggravating it, have been there 6 times for the same thing, i know i messed up cause my other car broke down, and needed a car badly but this is a worse situation, my papers said i am entitled to a refund if : in service for more than 3 times for same thing.

well i dont want to keep it then plus more stuff is happening jdbyrider scams people they wouldnt even let my boyfriend in the room with me, the interest is high, they dont say about a warranty for 900 dollars, please help, thank you

My Service Department tried to fix the door that you said was leaking. It did come back to get fixed and it was fixed the second time. As a matter of fact we sold that same van to another customer who hasnt had a problem since they bought it. Power Steering pumps on any Ford are loud so that wasnt a problem either. Then you say its a "scam" that CNAC woundlt let your "boyfriend" into a budget, when he was not on the Loan??? Now about the $995.00
for the Service Agreement that you claim we didnt tell you about??? First you signed a Desk sheet and I went over it at that time. Then I went over it on your Purchase Agreement and you signed. Then I went over the acutal Service Agreement and read everything it covers, then asked if you had any questions, then you said "No" and signed it. On top of all that it was Video an Audio Recorded. So I think you are being a little Untruthful in your complaints. Please if you are unhappy at least tell the true about what actually happened. I realize there was a problem but you are being unreasonable.
