Complaint Review: Jd Byrider

My husband and I went to get a car with JD BYRIDER in Jeffersonville, Indiana. we applied online was contacted by them saying we were appoved. Not pre appoved, APPROVED. All we needed was a bank statement ten refernances and prof of insurance.

Since we had been with out a vehical for 6 months I called got insurnace on the car we were getting we get down there a 45mile drive and they tell us were not appoved and they can't appove us not only were we out of our time but the down payment on the insurance.
