JD Byrider ripped us off by selling a car that had a bad transmission and did not live up to their warranty Greely Colorado
In October 2002 we bought two cars from JD Byrider. I bought a car there because i had no credit and my truck needed the engine replaced and i needed a car for work. My dad also bought a car for my mom because she also needed transportation for work and he has bad credit.
My dad got a 94' Buick Park Avenue Ultra that has appearently been in a major accident. Well when dad confronted them they said "well you didn't ask weather t car was in an accident." Why should ya have to ask? we had the car for almost a year and the following things have went wrong. We replaced the water pump, the altinator, the ignition switch, and then what else the transmission goes out.
All this time they never lived up to their warrenty because everytime the car was in the shop we had to pay. Recently we had the car repossed because we refuse to pay. Why do u want to pay for a car that you have to constantly keep putting money into. Besides the tranny the drivers door also had a gap in it big enough behind the window that u can put a dime through not like a soda machine but like u putting it on the table.
Then they sold my loan to another company and didnt bother to tell me until a month later and i became a nmonth behind on my car payment. My car was repossed and i am trying to get it back but they should have told me as soon as my loan was sold. JD BYridre is a major ripp off and I would advise not to by a car from them if u can help it.
