JD ByRider Thought they were supposed to rebuild credit??!!! Attleboro Massachusetts
I bought a car from these people thinking it was supposed to rebuild my credit, WRONG! I bought a 1999 vehicle that ended up costing me almost 16,000.00, they say NO late fees, but if I didn't make it on Friday but came in Saturday morning instead because I worked late, I was charged $2.00 extra as a "late fee". I am having the HARDEST time now buying a car from another dealership because mentioning them is like "voodoo". It never improved my credit, even though I paid my car off!! I paid $300.00 a month to them, which is like a new car payment and I make more money now and I am not getting approved because of them! They were the rudest people I have EVER dealt with in my life! I started having my daughter go for me. That is another thing, if someone else went for me, they asked who they were, etc... I do not believe it is any of their business! Just take the payment and shut up! Then months that had the "extra" week they still wanted that payment.... so some months the got $450.00 for a payment. Now I want to trade this in and get something newer... I am screwed, all because of them!! I would not advise any one to go to them EVER!!!!

WOW!!! Look them up on here, there are MANY complaints about them a*****e! I was there every 2 weeks with my payment umm if you are "late" (even though they say they have no such thing as a late payment) they take your car ... so screw you... I have nothing negative, I had "no credit" That I thought would rebuild it, nope! The REAL dealerships curse you guys!! Say you'll screw over your own mother!!

Unlike many of the females of today, I can remember the name of each and every female I've ever had sex with...and there aren't that many. Somehow I don't remember an "Annette" so don't say I did what I didn't do. Secondly, when I go into the office in the morning, I will see my name on the door and not JBB.
Not only that, I won't see any partner's names on the door either, not even Robert's name! Thirdly, I've never seen a JBB contract, let alone composed one! In short, I suspect those of us who have responded have hit the nail directly and squarely on the head and as such you have no rebuttal! That's why you make some foolish statements about who you think we work for.

Yes I did make EVERY payment!! My pay off is not even reported on my credit report! I had a dealership tell me out right that it was you people that screwed my credit! I had "no" credit when I went to you and was trying to "build" my credit and you screwed me! And yes you should just take the money and shut your mouth because nothing but rudeness comes out of it! Your so d**n arrogant! I had to call corporate because of the bulls*** I got there. Ummm and as it states in YOUR contract there is no "LATE" payments ... remember??

I am sure with the attitude of "Just take the payment and shut up" there was quite a bit of "rude" to go around, and not on their side.
First let's keep in mind why you went to them in the first place. It wasn't because you had perfect credit. In fact you probably had at least several late payments, perhaps even a few collection accounts and possibly even a reposession on your credit.
So how are you not getting approved because of them? Do they have false information on your credit report? Did they say you were late when you weren't? No more likely is that if you had delinquencies or defaults on your credit report before them, they still exist now. So you could have made every single payment on time with them and have a perfect history with this company. But you still won't have any regular finance company touch you with a 10 foot pole because of your other delinquences.

...for no reason at all they were rude to you. All this contact between you and them is because you were on time or early for each payment.
