Complaint Review: JD Byryder

i purchased a car from them in may 2003. it was a 1998 buick skylark. they told me i would be able to refinance aftet one year, my payments were 375.30 a month. i contacted them several times about refinancing after one year, for a while they said it would be possible, then several months later they said that i couldn't refinance and that they hadn't been doing refinancing
for the last 6 months, and i also found out tha my car was nowhere near the price that they were charging me. i ama single mother with three children,and finally i had to let the payments go,and then i let my car get repossesed by them. After that they harrassed me for months, even after i told them i had nothiing to give them, because i couldn't afford to.i stii get mail from them.
