Complaint Review: JD BYRYDER

Don't ever purchase a car from JDBRYDER. They are nothing more than Loan Sharks. They present themselves from first meeting as very helpful, friendly, caring, and satisfactory.

I have had my car for almost 18 months and the latest my payment has ever been made was 12 days. But no matter how good my payment history is, they threaten to repossess. The call me up several times a day, make threats, and never allow me to say a word.

One time I tried to pay my balance off by buying a new car and CNAC refused to give the dealership a payoff amount because my payment was three days late. In return the dealership turned down my loan because they did not want to take a chance working with CNAC

They never disclose the price of the car after financing or before. I have a 1999 checy cavalier worth only 2000.00 and still owe 6500.00. I can't purchase a new car because my payments would skyrocket. THANKS CNAC.

My roomate got so tired of CNAC that he forfieted his car to them. They not only waited three weeks to pick the car up, they also reported him as being 60 days past due on hos loan. If they would have picked the car up when he requested, this would not show as being 60 days deliquent on his credit, but only a date of forfiet.

Someone needs to close them down like Paydays and save so many others from finacial ruin, harrasment, and pain.

They are unethical in every sense of the word..
