Complaint Review: JD Byryder

JD Byryder This is not the first time that JD Byryder has done me. The first time was when I filed Bankrupty, they filed in court a price which was higher than the price I owed. This time I bought a 2001 Chevrolet cavalier (used). I learnt that the blue book value was $5,000.00 ripoff Louisville Kentucky

This is not the first time that jd byryder got me. the first time I filed bankrupty. jd byryder charge me more that I owed. the courts told me they did not under stand why my attorney allowed them to do so. I still have my papers.my balance was one thing and they charge me about three thousands more.

This time in 8/26/2005. I am charge nine thousand more plus on sept 29/2006 louisville had servere floods in diffrent areas. My car happen to get flooded out my insurance company totaled the car out. My insurance also paid $4,300.00 I owed $6,500.00. Although I did not have no car jd byryder personel insisted that I pay the car payments, I came in Friday and paid $200.00(have recept).

Saturday morning Mr. Fowler called and told me I need to make payments on the car. I asked mr. Fowler what payments? He told me the balance from the $4.000.00 that was paid. I ask how is that? I also asked, when a company pays off a large sum of money the finance charge is also included.

Mr.Fowler told me that I owed $2,000.00 and something and that that they do not included the finance charges.Plus he wants me to pay $400.00 a month inwhich I donot have. I am thinking about going back to the time that JDbyryder over charged me in bankrupty and they need to refund me the $3,000.00 they stole from me. I tried to trust this company but this company takes('s) advantage of their customers and hurt them more in the long run. They overcharge for the cars and you have trouble with the cars, I brought my car 4times after buying it to be fixed. One day I asked for a statement ,they told me that they have no record of me coming there to fix my car.(mess-up)

Mr.Fowler also told me if I brougt a car from them they would write off the finance charges.(makes no sense) They also told me they would put a lien on my check. Something needs to be done to stop this behavior.
