on april/30/09 i made a purshase for $3,249. got the merchandise but i returned some of the items equivalent to $1,089. the person i always talked on the phone is named danny who was very nice. he told me to select another items and they will ship them to me in puerto rico. i did it.
a week passed by and when i finally contacted this danny on jul/2 and after leaving voice messages on his phone and send lots of emails, he replied back with the sad story that his brother was very ill and needed a pancreas transplant. i felt very sorry and gave him time to deal with his brother situation. he even promised a gift card . after that the office was closed for the 4th of july until jul/13. He told me to pick some other styles because my f
on jul/29, he sent me an email, indicating that the package was sent to texas. there i knew he was lying. after that the rest in history. always told me that he was verifying the status of the package, etc, etc. Everyday i send him an email or a text message, still no refund nor the merchandise. i told him to get me his manager so i can talk to him directly but no name was given to me. later he told me that his manager authorized a refund. no refund yet. finally i told him that he can credit the amount directly to master card, that is what i was told in my bank. still nothing.
i made an claim with the internet crime complaint center, the federal trade comission and also will make a complaint with california's attorney general. they are a fraud. pass the info to everyone you know. we have to stop this kind of people.
