Complaint Review: JD Fashions Inc

JD Fashions operates with all of the following websites:
greatmaternityclothing.com, greatbabyclothing.com, greatwholesaleclothing.com, bestdealkidswholesale.com, www.muchomaxbaby.com

I placed an order on May 24th in the amount of $212 online through the greatwholesaleclothing.com. After a week I became concerned, each time I would email someone they said someone would call me. Nobody called, so I called them. On Thursday June 4th, they told me the order had shipped. I requested a tracking number several times, received no response. On June 8th, I filed a complaint with Paypal because I had paid with paypal through their site. On June 10th I spoke to Danny from JD Fashions and he told me they had shipped my item when we last spoke but because I had filed a complaint with Paypal they had the shipment rerouted back to them......right! At that point I told Danny he was lying, that wasn't possible he argued that it was and that Paypal had my money. I then escalated my complaint to a claim with paypal. The seller had until June 20th to respond, they failed to respond and Paypal ordered in my favor and suspended them from accepting payments through paypal. JD Fashions did not have funds for me to recover my money. Please respond if you have had a similar experience with them, I would like to take legal action against them.
