JD (John Dragan) Marvel Products: Shut them down permanently and imprison JD!
My parents' cheque was cashed months ago but no product was sent. My father called 5 weeks after the cheque was cashed but was told to wait, that it takes approx. 4-6 weeks after the cheque is cashed.
Once 8 weeks elapsed, I started e-mailing them at: info@jdmarvelproducts.com but have yet to receive a response though they ask that you please allow 1 Business day for a response. After seeing all these complaints, I can see why there has been no response. John Dragan (JD) should be financially destroyed for taking advantage of seniors.
