They didn't send the item I order from them- But did cash the check .....

I ordered a hearing aid from this company. I have yet to get it. They have cash the check I sent. this was about eight months ago. They did send me note in september 2002 saying that the item I had order would shipped in Oct. 2002. But like I said I have yet to get it. I have sent about four letter to them with no response.
