I ordered 2 pair of slippers oct. '02. I never received any until I called a few times. They sent me one pair in Feb. saying they moved and they couldn't get the shipments out til later. I called again in early March and they told me they would be sending out the next pair on March 10th. I haven't received them and it's now Mar. 31st.
