Complaint Review: JD Marvel

I ordered 2 pair of the Fleece-lined Suede Leather Slippers for a Birthday present back in January. My check cleared the bank with in 1 week. I have yet to recieve the slippers. I called and was told they were having some computer problems, it would be another 2-4 weeks. ( Funny how the check was able to go through so quickly with the computers being down ) I tried calling again last week and all I got was a busy signal. I'm pretty sure they took the phone off the hook.

MY QUESTION TO ALL OF YOU THAT HAVE YOUR CANCELLED CHECK. CAN WE DO ANYTHING WITH THE ACCOUNT NUMBERS THAT ARE LISTED ON THE BACK OF OUR RETURNED CHECK???
