Complaint Review: JD MARVEL PRODUCT

I have written three times before Report #'s 58151, 58114, 57836 and now, I did finally recieve the cuckoo clock I had ordered in March 2003 it arrived today Sept. 2003. it is the cheepest thing I have ever seen, it is made of real thin plastic ( a milk jug is thicker ) it reminds me of the plastic they make kids halloween mask out of, the bird sounds like a dog barking not a bird the clock cost $ 17.90 but by the time I called Montreal Canada six times this clock ended up costing me over $ 60.00 and I just throw it away my four year old has made things that look better.

If your ever given a chance to recieve a refund no matter if it takes a year take the refund, their products are trash they are made so cheap you wouldn't want to be seen with it.
