Product never delivered. consumer fraud ripoff. victimized many consumers consumer fraud ripoff con artist fake ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more ripoff business from hell abused & mistreated ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Champlain NY .....
I ordered a cuckoo clock from JD Marvel Products Inc based on an ad in our local Ohio newspaper. The check was cashed immediately (in under a week), but I never received the item.
The address was listed as Dept 721-109, Box 3270, Champlain, NY 12919 with a customer service number of 514-344-4747. I have not been able to get in touch with them -- nobody answers that phone number.
Please be aware that this is a VERY BAD company and I hope they no longer are allowed to advertise in national newspapers. I will contact my local newspaper to make them aware of the problem.
