JD Marvel Products consumer fraud ripoff Champlain, New York
On July 9, 2002, I ordered 2 ea. "ClearVue Super Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antennas" from J.D. Marvel Products of Champlain, N.Y. 12919. Since I did not receive the product by the promised date of August 13, 2002, I sent them an email! They responded 72 hours later saying, "Their were so many orders placed for this item, that it would take an additional 3 weeks to fill the order."
Ten weeks have now passed and still no product!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to take legal action, but need some insight as to what governmental agency in New York to notify.
Any suggestions with name and address please!?
