Placed an order almost 3 months ago, and have received absolutely nothing .....

OK...I live in Canada, but in a different province than where this rip-off company is located. I too, unsuspectingly, placed an order online with this company on Oct. 23rd for close to $200.00. After 7-8 weeks, I started my frustrating attempts to contact them. I've had some response from the email address noted on my report "customerservice@jdmarvelproducts.com" But, am still getting the runaround after almost 3 months! They say my order was delayed due to some items being back-ordered.

I asked them to partial-ship it and haven't received much of a response since then. The last email was from a customer service representative saying she was giving my name to a supervisor, who would call me back...that was 12 days ago! I've sent several emails (the last couple threatening legal action) and have also tried calling their number, but always (conveniently) get a busy signal.

I've started some intensive research over the last few days on this company, which is how I found this site. To get more interesting info (eg) a website where the author says he is launching a lawsuit, the name and address of CEO of JD Marvel, etc., then goto search engine google and search under JD Marvel Products. You should find this info fairly quickly.

I'll update if I have any further luck. Like so many of you, I can't believe this company is still in business given all the complaints that are out there (and have been for awhile).
