Complaint Review: jdmarvel products Inc.

received no merchandise, refund, e-mails, or communication what-so-ever .....

I ordered Doc Marvel nordic style winter boots for my father on 11/01/02.Sent a check(#231)for$17.90-size9,brown.I have sent numerous e-mails and made several long distant phone calls and have not had any personal contact trying to resolve this situation.

I am extremely frustrated with their unprofessionalism and would really rather have the product and not a refund,but either is acceptable at this point!!These boots were for my elderly father for Christmas,but doesn't look like he will be getting them in time!!
