Complaint Review: J.D. Marvel Products Inc.

I wrote a check for two pairs of moccasins that were advertised in the sunday newspaper on September 30th. Through and error of my own fault, I made it out for the wrong amount. The total was suppose to be $16.95 and the check was made out for $13.95. On October 16 I was notified of my mistake and asked to forward the balance of $3. which I did. Since than I have not received the moccasins nor have I been able to communicate with them. It is now November 9th and I feel as though I've been ripped off.
