I ordered one pair of ladies moccasin slippers, size 7, blue. on 10-31-2002, My check # 4017 for $10.90 cleared on 11-09-2002.

I have been callng for days and the line is always busy. When I had the operator check the line there is a block on it. I sent you an e-mail and got no response.

I want my merchandise or my money back now!
