Complaint Review: JD Marvel Products

Purchased winter boots Nov 10/02. Cheque cashed by company Nov 19th. but boots never came. Numerous E-mails sent but no response. Lond distance calls we made. A Promise they would be delivered in 10 days.(HA!) More threating E-mails sent but STILL no response. Had to file a complaint with the "Consumers Services Bureau" who will take action but it will take 20 days.

I guess they figure if they wait long enough it will be spring and I won't need boots anyways. But guess what, winter will be here again next year and just maybe they'll be sent before then!!! Or maybe they'll be investigated by the OPP and charged with theft.
