I sent a check for $16.95 on January 27, 2003 for Fleece Lined Soft Suede Leather Slippers. To date I have yet to receive the product, yet the check was cashed.

Has this company been shut down or reported for fraudulent representation?

Is there a way to be reimbursed for what I lost?
