Complaint Review: jd marvel products

i am writing about a rip off with jdmarvel products. i placed an order in dec of 2001 order no 784963 for fleece lind suede slippers 3 pairs... i received this order feb 13, 2002 i was told it would be 7 to 1o days????

thats a long time.... anyway i have called several times not realizing i was being connected to a canada address and incurrec 30.00 in long distance charges and was put on eternal hold with this co as well.... i didnt realize this was happening until i received my bill from sprint long distance......

after finally solving the mystery for these unapproved ph calls we found out the mystery no was affialiated to jdmarevel in canada and since this call was international additional chargers and rates were incurred....

i finally figured how to use email... i just got this computer and wrote to jdmarvel several times .... the only response i received that the slippers were shipped and i would receive them in feb???? needless to say the slippers are not worth the money .... they are falling apart....

i tried contacting them again..... no response ... so much for satisfaction guaranteed can you please help me at least get some of money back???

CAN YOU HELP ME WITH LONG DISTANCE CHARGER....
