My wife ordered shoes for me for Christmas on Nov. 27, 2002. The merchandise has not arrived as yet which is Jan. 31, 2003. The bank statement verifies the check was cashed (12-05-02) but the shoes have not been sent. Attempts to contact them have resulted in no response. A physical address is not provided, only P.O. box in Champlain, NY.
