Complaint Review: JD Marvel Products Inc.

May 20 I ordered a Mini-dish tv/fm antenna. When I had not received it by July 11 I called-was told the item was on back order and would arrive by second week of Aug.

Aug 26 I called again,was told it would be here before Sept 14. I did get one of their catalogs to orde more stuff.

Sept 23 I called once again, after 5 minutes of recordings I was hung up on. Waited a few minutes and tried the number again-got a busy signal.

I'm very unhappy with this company and will not be ordering any thing else from them.
