I ordered a super mini hearing aid for my grandma for Christmas. My check was cleared on December 19th. The merchandise never arrived. It is impossible to get through by phone. After reading all the rip off reports we just hope that the authorities will do something about this. The responsible persons need to be brought to justice!!!!!
