Complaint Review: JD MARVEL PRODUCTS

I ordered a German Style Cuckoo Clock for JD Marvel Company back on March 5, 2003 I did everything the order form said to do.
I found the advertisment in a Sunday Wichita Eagle newspaper.
I waited and waited and hadn't heard anything I recieved my bank statement and my check to JD Marvel was cashed and had cleared my bank, I again waited and waited still nothing, that's when I found this web site about rip offs and right on the front was JD Marvel, I was shocked and very madd at the same time.
I contacted my home news paper and informd the advertising department of what happened and refered them to Rip-off Report.com I heard back from the man in charge of the advertising department via E-Mail and he said he was going to check into this himself and would get back with me if he was able to get any iformation so I could eaither recieve the cuckoo clock or at least my money back, I'm still waiting for him to get back to me.
