I have filed a report here three times with whatever information I was able to get about JD Marvel and the cuckoo clock. Now I have a little more.
Today I got a call from a woman from one of JD Marvel's warehouses that supplies the cuckoo clocks. She said the shipment they received were in bad condition that's why no one received them, but a new shipment is due July 10 to this warehouse then it would take up to 15 days for labeling and shipping I should receive the clock no later than the first part of August. I then asked and if it doesn't arrive who do I contact and she said to call her collect at 514-344-0946 as this warehouse is in Montreal Canada and her name is Claudette. I'll keep everyone updated as I hear anything else about this company.
