Complaint Review: JD MARVEL

JD MARVEL ripoff fraud my grandma was waiting for that darn TV antenna to come in her mail but now it's too late she passed away a few weeks ago Champlain New York

This company promises your "items ordered" have been sent, or the item(s) ordered are on "back order" (yet they still advertise in our local paper for these non exsistant items. They never respond to your emails and you can't get through on the telephone~it's a constant busy signal. You get a generic email response from the same customer service internet email lady (Pauline)it's always the same response....your item should arrive shortly or your refund should arrive shortly, neither happens.

I've contacted our local TV station (KOMO TV) and will continue to send letters/emails and make phone calls to the following forums: TV/Seattle Times Newspaper// BBB and anyone I can think of to complain too! I will not go down without a fight! Just for the record, one of the items ordered was a TV antenna booster which I wanted to give my grandmother for Christmas (last year!) so she could enjoy her few channels she had (didnt believe in cable darn it!) and she just passed away a few weeks ago. She was waiting for that darn TV antenna to come in her mail!

JD MARVEL stinks and I'm spreading the word! I'm a mother of four children who has her day free while the kiddies are expanding their minds in school....I have LOTS OF FREE TIME to expose JD MARVELS deceptive practices!!!
