JD MARVEL STRIKES AGAIN! SACM ARTISTS **UPDATED info how to get them to respond
I, like so many others before me, was taken in and scammed by
JD Marvel. I wish I had gone on-line to check out their credibility before placing an order. I guess this will be a
well-learned lesson. My story is not unlike all others. I placed an order. They cashed my check. I e-mailed them for status. They e-mailed back to say the order would reach me by 12-22-01. I have yet to receive the items. Now they are not responding to
e-mails, faxes, and their telephone numer is always busy. I'm letting everyone I know that this company is no better than ENRON and to keep their $$. I placed posters in my office building of over 1,000 employees to stay away from these scam artists. Shame on JD Marvel.

IF YOU FAX YOUR COMPLAINTS TO CLAUDETTE AND THREATEN TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND/OR THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE THEY WILL RESPOND.

THIS WORKED FOR ME........FINALLY!!!!
I finally received my items 3 months after placing the order! Claudette seemed to be a nice person. She said she would check into why I was not getting any replies to the e-mail I sent to them. I told her I did not want to hear back from them about it. I was glad just to be done with the matter!
I received the items 3 months after placing the initial order!
