JD Marvel - US Mail Order Exchange ripoff cashed check no order sent Champlain New York
On March 22, 2004, I sent a check for $18.95 for 2 Lace 'n' cotton Bras. Check was cashed in Montreal, Quebec on 3/25/04 and 3/30/04 in Totona NJ. Order was not sent. There is a posting on this website from Jim, Oxnard CA on 9/3/04 that JD Marvel AKA US Mail Order Exchange declaired bankruptcy. A class action suit is being organized to get consumers and creditors money back. How do I get in on this suit?
