JD Power JD Power Panel Closing without offering a way to receive money earned according to their own rules. Internet

I always thought this was an honest and upright survey site abd I have earbed over $500 from them over the past 2 years, but now they are closing down they are stating that any outstanding monies will be forfeit once they close unless you have earned enough to claim one of their set limits.

Now I always thought that any monies earned according to the rules set by the company etc were yours and not theirs so I suspect this is borderline if no totally illegal to just say if you haven't got enough to reach a set limit you lose anything you have in godd faith earned!

If I'm wrong I apologize and I would welcome feedback on this please.

I am new here and thought my rebuttal would be under the comment I was commenting on-hence the couple.  My 1st was in response to the 5th comment by Stacey- "Please", my 2nd comment was in response to "No problem" by Katie.

I wasn't aware that by clicking on the button directly under the comment, it might appear anywhere in the thread when posted.

I agree-most are ripoffs.  JDPower is a huge company, and this IS indeed a legitimate one-or was.  They are not paying out-and yes I have talked to corporate JDPower.  I came across this site and also filed a complaint,  I also have a 3 figure amount in my account which I can't get them to pay out.  Currently I am in contact with a few people,  who they are also refusing.  I did also verify with the BBB that they are a part of the JDPower conglomerate.

this person is correct that there are increments-they are 25, 50, 200, so (s)he should be able to cash out in those increments.  They are not paying out -period.  I also have a 3 figure amount.  I did also file a complaint on here, along with the BBB and Complaints.  Have heard from a number of ppl they are NOT paying out.

I don't see anything wrong with what they're doing. Their site says "All available rewards will need to be redeemed/cashed out by said date. After March 17 the JD Power panel will no longer be available and all rewards will expire." They're giving a month plus warning. If someone hasn't reached the minimum reward amount, they wouldn't be able to cash out anyway.

I have to politely disagree.

Sorry but the cash I have earned and that I stated I actually received.  I do agree that Panda are a rip off though.  My only problem is what I stated in that I don't see how they can close down and deny members their lawful earnings.

Sorry if I didn't make myself clear in the original post.

These are scam sites - you are not getting a dime from these losers.  Same with Panda research and any site that claims you can make money online.  They are all scams
