JD Reservations JD Reservations Takes Your Money & Does Not Actually Reserve the Hotel! Orlando Florida
JD Reservations took our money for a 5 night stay in Orlando - but they never made us a hotel reservation! JD Reservations provided us with a confirmation # though as if we had one! When we got there, our hotel had never heard of us, and out of 822 hotels in Orlando, only 5 had space (and were very expensive.)
JD Reservations was not reachable by phone to help. When we returned home, the owner lied to my wife about what had happened and then hung up on her. Disney vacation almost ruined! (And our budget definitely was!)
