Complaint Review: JD's Key Chains

This is yet another work from home company that promises $390.00 earning potential each week. That is if you can follow their directions for their bracelets made out of yarn. Practically impossible to get beyond the first knot.

I was just like the majority of the individuals on this site, looking for supplemental income by working from home. This is a great theory, if it works and if the company fulfills it's end of the deal. Realizing that this company was not a right fit for me, I returned everything as per their directions.

I began my quest for a refund on March 1, 2003. Two months later I had not received my refund or any kind of acknowledgement from the company that it was being processed. Of course, when I contacted them on May 12th, 2003(I actually got a human voice)I was told by a Bruce that my refund had been processed on May 8th. I also was told that they were involved in a move process, which is why my refund was delayed. I still haven't seen it as of right now. They will tell you anything to get an unhappy customer off the phone. Called again on July 7, 2003 and Bruce told me he would check into it. Again having given them enough time to process my request. Called again on July 21, 2003--still nothing. I called again today, and guess what, now I had to leave a message on the machine. I called twice to just make sure that they would get the message.

I guess these people really don't care too much if their name is out on the web for the world to see, but I hope it will discourage a few more people from sending any more of their hard earned money to companies such as this. I'm out over $43.95 from just this company alone. I think everyone should call them, discontinue attempting to work for them, because they only take your money and run----literally.

Save your money and find a real work at home business opportunity. There really are some good and legitimate ones out there, but obviously this company is not one of them.
