jd sports JD Sports Fashion Plc They delivered wrong item Bury Greater Manchester
I made an order at jd sports site https://www.jdsports.co.uk/ with a friend for 2 sweatshirts and we paid 42 pounds. The order was delivered in 2 days to Romania and when we opened the bag we got a wrong item. So i ask them what to do on their facebook page because there was the single place i could find them. They told me to send it back to get my money back on it but i paid delivery as well and i wont recover that money back or the money i will spend to send it back to them. And another problem is that i wont get the item i ordered. Let s say i will sent it back. I will be with minus 10 pounds, money i spent on delivery and lost time and energy to sent off and i wont even get what i ordered.
