Canceled service but Jdate retained Credit Card information and started charging it again month after month without permission over a year later. They stole 5 months of billing a year after cancelation. They keep credit card info and charge without permission. Seems like theft, FRAUD and a total RIPOFF!!!

I found out that If Jdate wont refund you CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE(s). The credit card company will help you. Google how to win a credit card dispute. I usually only takes 1 phone call to get a refund from your credit card company.

Called Jdate, they refused refund. Said "do what ever you need to do but we will not refund". Demanded to speak to a supervisor. Said a supervisor would call back. Supervisor called and left a voice mail message saying that there was no way that they would refund anything. Then read the other Ripoff Reports and other bad Jdate reviews. Found out that if I dispute the charge I could get a full refund.

Called Credit Card company and GOT A FULL REFUND for ALL the months Jdate ripped me off.

CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE.
