I purchased a car with JDBYRIDER in March 2006, they told me any problems that would happen continously they would trade the car. To date the car has been in the shop 5 times twice within a week. I got my car back on Friday and my car was making new noises, when I took it back they said it was the strut. A part that they told me was fine on Friday. They said my car was misdiagnosed. I was told that I can speak to Tony who is in charge of all this. My daughter in law spoke to him. He told her that they do not do that and admitted that a lot of these repairs was their fault. I was told by a mechanic that these cars go thru inspections. I want to know how this car passed with a hole in the muffler pipe, a broken gasket? And the list goes on. How did this car pass emmisions? Please can somebody help I am 60 yrs old on a fixed income with 2 children who have special needs. If anybody is doing a class action lawsuit please contact me.
