Complaint Review: JDBYRYDER - CNAN

JDBYRYDER teamed up with CNAC can sell you a great old pile o crap car for 4 times more then its worth. I feel they should be exposed as the crooks they are. They lead you to believe you cant get a car anywhere else. And they sell you on that. Have they actually even ever told anybody what there credit score is?. I was never told mine. After the contract was signed is when the fun began. Call you at work to tell you that your payment is due tommorow. This happened almost everytime a payment was going to be due. Then after you miss 2 payments AHHH thats when they come in the middle of the night and basicly steal your car. And where I live that is against the law. They needed to bring a Deputy and have me sign a release. OPPS never did that. I could have made them return the car to me at their expense, I just wanted to wash my hands of them. But several days after they took the car,, RING RING phone call...."Hi this is ______ from CNAC, If you can come in and at least make the 2 payments and the repo fee you can have the car back" They should at least give you a bottle or two of ASSpirin for the headache your about to go through.
